I’m very excited to be reveling the cover for Jennifer L. Armentrout’s BRAVE! The third book in her WICKED series! I freaking LOVE these books! And make sure to enter the giveaway below!

Book Info

SYNOPSIS:

Ivy Morgan hasn't been feeling like herself lately. Not like anyone can blame her. After all, being held captive by a psychotic fae prince hell-bent on permanently opening the gates to the Otherworld is bound to leave some mental scars.

It’s more than that, though. Something dark and insidious is spreading throughout Ivy, more powerful than she could ever imagine... and it’s coming between her and the man she’s fallen deeply in love with, elite Order member Ren Owens.

Ren would do anything to keep Ivy safe. Anything. But when he makes a life altering choice for her, the fallout of his act has far reaching consequences that threaten to tear their lives apart.
If Ivy is going to have any hope of surviving this, she must put aside the hurt and betrayal she feels, and work with not only those she loves, but with an enemy she would rather kill than ever trust. War is coming, and it soon becomes clear that what Ivy and Ren thought they knew about the Order, themselves, and even their enemies, has been nothing but a cluster of dangerous, deadly lies. Ivy knows she must be more than just brave to save those she loves--and, ultimately, to save herself.

Because behind ever evil fae Prince, there’s a Queen

Top Ten Tuesday (40)- Ten Finished Series I Have YET to Finish

Hi thanks for stopping by!!! And welcome to my Top 10 Tuesday post!

Thanks to the lovely ladies at The Broke And The Bookish for creating this weekly meme!

Here's this week's topic.

September 8:  Ten Finished Series I Have YET to Finish

I'm normally pretty good at finishing series so I'm going to have to dig deep into my goodreads lists for these lol

1. THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS Series by Cassie Clare (I was done after 3 and will never finish this one)
2. The FIRELIGHT Series by Sophie Jordan. I wasn't a big enough fan of the first two to read the third.
3. The VAMPIRE DIARIES Series by L.J. Smith. I finished the ones that counted (the first 4) after that they went downhill and I refuse to read the ones written by a ghost writer.
4. The VAMPIRE KISSES Series by Ellen Schreiber. IDK why I never finished this one.
5. The LUX Series by Jennifer L. Armentrout. I got bored with this one plus I hated the new covers so refused to buy them.
6. THE GODDESS TEST Series by Aimee Carter. The series was good just not good enough for me to continue. I got through book 2.
7.THE MEDUSA GIRLS Series by Tera Lynn Childs. Same as #6
8. THE SEVEN REALMS Series by Cinda Williams Chima. I love high fantasy so I was really disappointed with this. I read book one and half of book 2 but this series totally bored me. I know there's some hardcore fans but I just don't get it.
9. THE STEAMPUNK CHRONICLES by Kady Cross. Another I don't know why I haven't finished I loved the books I read just never got around to finishing.
10. The MARA DYER Series by Michelle Hodkin. I loved the forst book but they took so long to release the ones that followed I decided to give up. Doubt I'll eve finish this one.

So what about you? What series haven't you finished? And come back next week for my Ten????? FREEBIE I'll have to think about this one!

Hugs,
Jaime

2. Nora Roberts. Yup believe it or not I used to be a huge fan of hers before I started reading YA lol.
3. Anne Rice. I have read everything of hers except for her 3 newest books because well she went crazy and her books got worse.
4. Jeri Smith-Ready. I love all of her books YA and Adult.
5. Claudia Gray. She's an auto-buy author for me.
6. Richelle Mead. I have read all of her books except for her adult ones.
7. Cate Tiernan. She is a beautiful writer and wrote my all time favorite witch series!
8. Cassandra Clare. Although I'm not a big fan of her's anymore (I'm over the whole Shadowhunter world) I've read a ton of her books.
9. L.J. Smith. I've read all of her books.
10. Jennifer L. Armentrout. Even though I don't read her NA or Contemp books I have read all her other books.

Top Ten Tuesday (33)- Top Ten Hyped Books I've Never Read

Hi thanks for stopping by!!! And welcome to my Top 10 Tuesday post!

Thanks to the lovely ladies at The Broke And The Bookish for creating this weekly meme!

Here's this week's topic.

July 7: Top Ten Hyped Books I've Never Read

These aren't in any particular order but all of these have been fantastic books! Click on the book cover to be taken to the book's goodreads page

1. 50 Shades of Grey. Never wanted to read it and never willl.

2. The Fault in Our Stars (or any other John Green book) lets be honest contemporary isn't my favorite genre and I was just never excited about this book.

3. The last 3 Mortal Instruments books. I was done after the first 3 I never saw the need for 3 more. And now there's more Shadowhunter books coming?? Sorry I'm out.

4. The last Lux book by Jennifer Armentrout. I just never got around to it plus I hate the redesigned covers I like books that match.

5. The Dream Thieves and Blue Lily, Lily Blue. I have them but never got around to reading them. I probably will when the series is finished.

6. A Darker Shade of Magic by Victoria Schwab. I love V and have the book just never got around to reading it.

7. The Infinite Sea by Rick Yancey. I liked the first book but just didn't have the desire to read the second.

8. The Dust Lands series by Moira Young. Another that I have but just never read.

9. The Queen of Tearling. Never had the desire to read it. I don't care if it's turning into a movie.

10. Any hyped eBook novellas that fit in between stories. I get the publishers like to collect that extra $$$ but I just don't see the need for them and I don't like to read eBooks. Put them in paper format and I might read them.

So this is my list. What about you? What have been your favorite books of 2015 so far?

And come back next week for my Last Ten Books That Came Into My Possession (bought, library, review copies)!

Hugs,

Release Day Blast! WHITE HOT KISS by Jennifer L. Armentrout and a Giveaway!!!

We are beyond excited to participate in the Release Day Launch for Jennifer L. Armentrout's WHITE HOT KISS! WHITE HOT KISS is a young adult paranormal romance being published by Harlequin Teen TODAY! This is the first full-length novel in The Dark Elements Series and one you'll want to grab as soon as you finish reading this post.

ABOUT WHITE HOT KISS:
Amazon Barnes and Noble Kobo iTunes
Goodreads

One kiss could be the last. Seventeen-year-old Layla just wants to be normal. But with a kiss that kills anything with a soul, she's anything but normal. Half demon, half gargoyle, Layla has abilities no one else possesses. Raised among the Wardens—a race of gargoyles tasked with hunting demons and keeping humanity safe—Layla tries to fit in, but that means hiding her own dark side from those she loves the most. Especially Zayne, the swoon-worthy, incredibly gorgeous and completely off-limits Warden she's crushed on since forever. Then she meets Roth—a tattooed, sinfully hot demon who claims to know all her secrets. Layla knows she should stay away, but she's not sure she wants to—especially when that whole no-kissing thing isn't an issue, considering Roth has no soul. But when Layla discovers she's the reason for the violent demon uprising, trusting Roth could not only ruin her chances with Zayne…it could brand her a traitor to her family. Worse yet, it could become a one-way ticket to the end of the world.

  EXCERPT

“I don’t think of Zayne that way!” She laughed. “What man-parts-loving female in this world doesn’t think of Zayne that way? I can barely keep myself breathing when I see him. All the guys in school have squishy waists. I can tell Zayne doesn’t. He’s the awesome sauce with extra sauce.” That he was and he so didn’t have a squishy waist, but I tuned Stacey out at that point. I really did need to cram for this test and I also didn’t want my fantasies involving Zayne to occupy my mind right now. Especially after I’d woken up this morning, carefully tucked under the covers. The bed had smelled like him: sandalwood and crisp linen.

“Oh, sweet baby Jesus in a manger,” Stacey murmured.

I clenched my jaw, cupping my hands over my ears. She jabbed me in the side with her elbow. At this rate I’d be covered in bruises before lunchtime. “Our bio class just got a billion times more interesting. And hotter, lots and lots hotter. Holy mother, I want to have his babies. Not now of course, but definitely later. But I’d like to start practicing soon.”

The cell wall is a thick and rigid layer covering the plasma something, something plant cells… Stacey stiffened all of a sudden. “Oh my God, he’s coming—” Composed of fat and sugar— Something slender and shiny fell from who knew where, landing in the middle of Sam’s notes. Blinking tightly, it took me a couple of seconds to recognize the faded and half peeled Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sticker covering the back of the silver cell phone. My heart slammed against my ribs. Gripping the edges of the notebook, I slowly lifted my gaze. Unnaturally beautiful golden eyes met mine. “

You forgot this last night.”

Blog Tour- SENTINEL by Jennifer L. Armentrout it's APOLLYON Day and an awesome Giveaway!

Wow! I can't believe it's almost over! I've loved this series so much and I'm going to be sad to see it go :( Jennifer has made me fall in love with so many of the characters in this series and I don't want to say goodbye. Yep that's a Boys II Men Video of "It's So Hard The Say Goodbye to Yesterday" this pretty much sums up how I feel about this series ending :(

Everyone is probably going to be featuring Aidan, Seth, and Alex in their posts so I wanted to focus on a character that is near and dear to my heart and has an increasing role with each book in the series and that's why I chose Apollyon and Leon to feature. I interviewed him back during the Deity blog tour but I wanted to re-post his interview since I love him so much! Here it is!

Jaime- Why are you so darned competitive?

Leon- “I don’t think I’m competitive,” he says. “At least, there’d have to be someone of my skill and talent to be competitive with and that has yet to happen. So how could I be competitive?”

Jaime- What do you think of Alex’s relationships with Aiden and Seth?

Leon- He snorts. “I am the last person to think about or render judgment on other people’s relationships.”

Jaime- You have a secret are we going to find out what it is soon? Any hints?

Leon- “I did have a pretty big secret and yes you find out soon and no I will not give you any hints.”

Jaime- What’s your ideal woman like?

Leon- “Breathing,” he replies.

Jaime- If you weren't a Sentinel what would you be doing?

Leon- Leon laughs. “Oh, that’s a loaded question.”

Jaime- What do you think will happen when Alex comes into her Apollyon powers? Do you think she’ll be able to handle them?

Leon- There’s a pause. “Alex is a very strong girl, but we’re dealing with absolute power, and throughout history, the kind of power has proven to be nearly impossible to control.”

So if you've read Deity you now what Leon's secret is and if you haven't I'd say why not? Now's the time to catch up!

Also I didn't post a review on my blog for Apolloyon because I am an idiot but here's what I said on Goodreads......

"I swear to the gods Jen if you don't stop writing books like this I will wait until the whole series is over before I start them! Waiting for Sentinel is going to effing suck!!!!!"

Hehehehe love you Jen and the books but I swear I will wait until a series is over if you keep killing us with those cliffies ;) ;)

Apolloyon (Covenant #4)
Jennifer L. Armentrout
Release Date: April 9, 2013
Paperback: 360 pages
Publisher: Spencer Hill Press
ISBN: 1937053164
Fate isn’t something to mess with… and now, neither is Alex.

Alex has always feared two things: losing herself in the Awakening and being placed on the Elixir. But love has always been stronger than Fate, and Aiden St. Delphi is willing to make war on the gods—and Alex herself—to bring her back.

The gods have killed thousands and could destroy entire cities in their quest to stop Seth from taking Alex’s power and becoming the all-powerful God Killer. But breaking Alex’s connection to Seth isn’t the only problem. There are a few pesky little loopholes in the whole “an Apollyon can’t be killed” theory, and the only person who might know how to stop the destruction has been dead for centuries.

Finding their way past the barriers that guard the Underworld, searching for one soul among countless millions, and then somehow returning will be hard enough. Alex might be able to keep Seth from becoming the God Killer… or she might become the God Killer herself.
