TV Review- THE SHANNARA CHRONICLES On MTV

So last night the first 2 episodes of The Shannara Chronicles aired on MTV! I have been dying to see this show ever since I first heard that MTV was going to turn Terry Brooks book series into a TV show! And OMG IT was so freaking awesome!!! I was amazed at how beautifully MTV made this show and the Four Lands! Seeing the characters come to life made me giddy, I think people following my twitter feed yesterday might have rolled their eyes at how many times I said that Manu Bennett was the perfect Allanon! Seriously look at him he's the perfect druid!

But honestly I think the whole cast was perfect I had never heard of Poppy Drayton but she did a killer job as Amberle she's kick ass and she's beautiful too!

I've loved Austin Butler forever so seeing him as Wil the half human, half elf was super cool! I always loved his character!

Additionally, John Rhys-Davies and the rest of the cast, most of whom I haven't heard of till this show were fantastic and I can't wait to watch the rest of the season! This has definitely become one of my absolute favorite TV shows! I actually saved last night's episode on my DVD so I can watch it over and over again!

If you missed last night's premiere no worries you can catch it on MTV today at 5 PM eastern, or On Demand, and on MTV's Site as well as long as you have a login via your cable provider. And as a special surprise if you can't wait for the next few episodes MTV has episode 3 and 4 available now on the site!

Trust me you want to watch this show!!
