Cassia faces the ultimate choices in the long-anticipated conclusion to the "New York Times" bestselling Matched Trilogy

After leaving Society and desperately searching for the Rising--and each other--Cassia and Ky have found what they were looking for, but at the cost of losing each other yet again: Cassia has been assigned to work for the Rising from within Society, while Ky has been stationed outside its borders. But nothing is as predicted, and all too soon the veil lifts and things shift once again.
In this gripping conclusion to the #1 "New York Times" bestselling Matched Trilogy, Cassia will reconcile the difficulties of challenging a life too confining, seeking a freedom she never dreamed possible, and honoring a love she cannot live without.

Y’all I don’t even know where to begin! This book was fantastic! It was my favorite out of the three! Ya know the saying “They saved the best for last”? Well in this case Ally definitely did that! Reached took all the marbles! I mean she wrapped up all the story lines from Matched and Crossed in what I can only saw was the perfect ending! I know, I really believe both Team Ky and Team Xander fans will be happy with this outcome. I really do!

I think the thing I loved most about Reached was we got not only Cassia and Ky’s POV’s but we also got Xander’s as well! I was always Team Ky for Cassia but my heart held a space for Xander too. I just didn't realize how hard I would fall for him when I finally got to hear his POV; his thoughts but, I did and I didn't really realize how strong he actually was until I read his story. Because that’s honestly what Ally did with this book she wrote three different stories that intertwined with each other into a beautiful finale.

I am always so sad to see a series end and there’s no exception here I will miss Cassia, Ky, and Xander but I also know they had the best ending they could have and I will definitely read this series over and over again! Thank you Ally for creating such a complex and beautiful world and characters  that I absolutely fell in love with!

I normally post a passage here at the end but seeing as I couldn't find any that weren't too spoilery I decided to post a letter Cassia wrote to Ky.

I’m fine but most of my papers were stolen.

So don’t worry if you don’t hear from me as often. I’ll find my way to you as soon as I can. I have a plan. Ky, I know that you’re going to want to come find me, that you’re going to want to save me. But, I need you to trust me to save myself.

Spring is coming. I can feel it. I still sort and wait, but I've been writing letters everywhere I can.

Sometimes, when I feel that isn't fair that we’re telling each other our stories in bits and pieces again, I remind myself that we are luckier than most, because we can write to each other. That gift, the first of many you've given me, means more to me each day. We have a way to keep in touch until we can be together again.

I love you Ky.

  3. I just finished this one recently and I really liked it. (But I couldn't ever figure out what "sorting" was either). :) I liked that it wrapped most things up, but didn't spell out every single thing.
